As a resource to its service area, Morley Library provides both bulletin boards and information racks for the posting and distribution of information related to educational, cultural, intellectual or charitable activities and events.
Use of the in-house Ohio Public Library Information Network, Morley Library’s Internet provider, and the word processing computers will be on a first come, first served basis. The Library also offers free wireless Internet access via an open, unsecured wire
Consistent with Morley Library’s concern for intellectual freedom, the Library affirms the right of library users to privacy. Morley Library will not disclose to anyone the names of, or other information regarding library users, and will not identify materials requested or checked out by library users.

The objective of Morley Library is to select, organize, preserve, and to make freely and easily available to all people of the community, printed and non-print materials, within the limitations of space and budget, which will aid them in the pursuit of life-long learning, information, research, recreation, and in the creative use of leisure time.
