Morley Library's Institutional Card

About the Institutional Card:

The Institutional Card allows qualifying organizations to borrow Morley Library materials for a deposit collection at their facility. This card is available to organizations located within the Morley Library service district. 

Arrangements for an Institutional Card must be made with the Morley Library Circulation Manager.

Benefits of the Institutional Card

Organizations using an Institutional Card receive the following benefits:

  1. Morley materials will be checked out for six weeks with no renewals.

  2. Up to 100 items may be borrowed at one time. 

  3. No overdue fines are charged. 

  4. With advance notice, Morley Library staff can select materials for check out.

Institutional Card Guidelines:

  1. A designated responsible individual must manage the deposit collection and communicate with the library. 

  2. The organization must provide appropriate storage or shelving for library materials.

  3. The organization is responsible for replacement costs for lost or damaged items.

  4. The following items cannot be borrowed with an Institutional Card:

    1. CDs 

    2. DVDs, Blu-rays 

    3. Video Games

    4. Hotspots

  5. Only Morley Library materials may be borrowed using this card.

  6. The Institutional card may not be used for personal borrowing.
