Board of Trustees of Morley Library
January 7, 2026
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of Morley Library was called to order at 4:30 p.m. on January 7, 2026, by Mr. Keener. The following members were present: Ms. Coffee, Mr. Di Iorio, Mr. Keener, Ms. Lipps, Mr. Moore, Mr. Rodriguez, Mr. Swan, Director Martinez, and Ms. Norman.
Jason Nolde of GPD also attended.
Mr. Nolde reviewed the bids received for the Library’s facilities update project. It was decided to revisit the main circulation desk and associated work at a later time, so consideration was given to the primary project only. Based on that criteria, Lakeland Management submitted the low bid of $1,095,000, and Mr. Nolde recommended acceptance.
A voice vote was held and was unanimously in favor of Mr. Nolde’s recommendation.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned by Mr. Keener at 5:00 p.m.
