Board of Trustees of Morley Library

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of Morley Library was held on January 30, 2026, at the Holden Center at Lake Erie College. The session, “Strengthening Board Leadership: Roles, Engagement, and Effective Meetings,” was led by Ragan Snead of NEORLS and began at 9:30 a.m.

In addition to Ms. Snead, the following members were present: Ms. Coffee, Mr. Keener, Ms. Lipps, Mr. Moore, Mr. Rodriguez, Mr. Swan, Director Martinez, and Ms. Norman.

The 3-hour session addressed the core responsibilities of Board members and how they might be most effectively carried out. Member participation and effective meetings were also covered via lecture and small group exercises.
