Scribble Maniacs
Writers Group

This group meets on the third Saturday of every month.

Next Meeting:

Saturday, May 18, 2019

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
3rd Floor Activity Room

This is a critique group for writers of any genre; those who are just beginning,
those who have been writing a long time and anything in between.

Guidelines for participation
The goal of the group is to help one another in their growth as a writer by sharing portions of their written work or sharing something they are experiencing as a writer.
Further, each participant may share something they have learned from their favorite writer's guide book.
Please bring double-spaced copies of something that you have written: so others can jot down questions, comments or suggestions for encouragement and improvement.
If you are unable to bring copies of something you have written, consider coming and discussing it with the group.

Members should be able to read your work in 5 minutes or less.
All comments and questions will be focused on respectfully helping the author to improve his or her writing.
