StoryWalk

You're invited to a StoryWalk! A StoryWalk is an innovative and delightful way for children — and adults! — to enjoy reading and the outdoors at the same time. Laminated pages from a children's book are attached to signs which are installed along an outdoor path.

Each week in June & July this summer, we invite families to walk a path starting at our outdoor sign on St. Clair St. and around the corner on Phelps St. and enjoy a new book together. Books will change on Monday mornings from 9-10am. We know that this summer might not be the one we envisioned, but we're determined to make the most of it and find fun and innovative ways to safely encourage literacy skills and enjoy the outdoors and quality family time. We hope you enjoy it!

Grab-n-Go Activity Kits

Starting June 1st through July 31st. NEW for Summer 2020! Introducing Grab-n-Go Activity Kits for babies & toddlers 2 and under, preschoolers ages 3-5, kids in grades K-2nd, and tweens ages 9-12!

Bins containing packets for each age group will be located outside the front doors of the Library and families can take 1 packet per child per week.
