Facilities Administrator

Morley Library is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Facilities Administrator. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, security, and functionality of the Library building, grounds, and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in diverse areas of facilities management, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems; be able to perform basic facilities maintenance tasks and supervise the work of outside contractors as required; be able to recognize safety and security hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions; and be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

Scheduled hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.; however, the candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule if required to respond to emergencies.
