Federal Forms

As an annual participant in the Internal Revenue Services' BPOL (Banks, Post Offices and Libraries) distribution program, Morley Library provides many, though not all, federal tax return forms. In addition, the IRS supplies Morley Library with Reproducible Federal Tax Forms, a binder which contains many more, though not all, of the other forms. By law, tax forms for any particular year may not be displayed until after December 26 of that year.

State of OHIO Forms

Morley Library also makes available tax returns for the State of Ohio. The following forms are available on an annual basis until supplies run out. (Please note that Ohio tax forms often do not arrive in the library before mid-January.)  Connect to the State of Ohio Department of Taxation Tax Forms page.

City Tax Forms
