Tween programs

N B Tween: Tuesdays from 4:00 - 4:45 p.m.
Registration is required for each program.  Programs are for tweens ages 9-12.

June 11th - Designer Pens: Make your own designer pen with duct tape and other materials.

June 18th - Mythbusters: Use your scientific skills to separate fact from myth.

June 25th - Rubber Band Jewelry: Design your own jewelry using rubber bands.

July 2nd - Titanic: Participate in activities about the ill-fated ship.

July 9th - Candy Sushi: Make and enjoy sushi made from candy!

July 16th - Where in Painesville?: How well do you know Painesville?  Identify photographs taken around town and win prizes.

July 23rd - Relic Hunters: It's your turn to be Indiana Jones and study archeology.

Special Summer Reading Club Tween programs & activities

Book in a Jar (6/10 - 7/26): guess the tween book by the words you can see in the jar.  Tweens may guess as often as they like.  One winner will be chosen from correct entries.  No registration required.

The Price is Right (Monday, June 17th from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.): Do you know the cost of everyday items?  Find out by playing The Price is Right.  Book prizes will be awarded!

Tween Iron Chef (Friday, July 12th from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.): Test your culinary abilities by making your own desserts.  We'll supply the ingredients, you'll supply the creativity.
